Meditation is not a ritual or a ritual. It is a way of life. The imbalance of the mind is a condition affecting everyone. The so called problems in the form of challenge, comes to us in so many forms and leave behind many adverse effects on us.The imbalances of the mind resulting from these adverse effects are the real suffering and it is how we deal with the ever changing situations and how we react to it that makes us the person who we are.
Meditation is a tool by which we can train ourselves not to be over over wealmed by the situations, take things as it comes with full awareness and deal with both pleasant and unpleasant senarioswith a calm mind.
